The inverted pendulum system is widely used in the study of control theory. There are many advantages pendulum: equipment cheap, and it features a simple structure easy regulation. But since also typical nonlinear, multivariable system, it’s really difficult thing to keep stable. Because this, important figure out way stabilize system. More importantly, new methods will be discovered during process, these can other different systems. reflect performances such as robustness, mobility tracking performance. Its dynamic condition similar human walk, its steady state launch on rocket’s motion attitude, so robot rocket area. This paper describes construction mathematical model first-order pendulum, process designing fuzzy controller based related rules. It conducts optimization using genetic algorithm. After MATLAB’s Simulink module simulate adjust parameters controller, could finally reach stable status within short period time, from all kinds original status, have anti-jamming
